MSL Business School Refund and Deferral Policy
At MSL Business School, we provide various programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students. Each program has specific refund and deferral policies to ensure clarity and fairness.
1. Full Tuition Programs
1.1 Refunds Before the Commencement of Classes:
Refund requests made before the commencement of classes will be subject to an administrative charge of 35% of the fees paid. The remaining balance will be refunded within 3 working days of approval.
1.2 No Refund Policy Once Classes Commence:
Students are not entitled to a refund once tuition or classes have commenced, regardless of their circumstances.
1.3 Deferral Policy:
Students who are unable to continue their studies may defer their tuition fees to the immediately following exam session, provided that the deferral request is made within the first two (2) weeks of the commencement of lectures.
1.4 No Refunds or Deferrals After Two Weeks:
No refunds or deferrals will be permitted under any circumstances after the second week of the commencement of lectures.
1.5 Late Joins:
Students who join a class after the second week of the commencement of lectures and are granted access to the course materials via the MSL Business School App or any other platform are not entitled to any refund or deferral.
2. Crash Course or Intervention Programs
2.1 No Refund or Deferral Policy:
For crash course or intervention programs, refunds or deferrals are not provided under any circumstances. Once payment has been made, no requests for refunds or deferrals will be accepted, irrespective of the reason.
3. Masterclass Programs
3.1 Refunds Before the Commencement of the Masterclass:
Refund requests for Masterclass programs can only be made at least three (3) days before the start of the program. Such refunds will be subject to a 35% administrative charge.
3.2 No Refunds or Deferrals After the Three-Day Period:
• Refund requests made less than three (3) days before the commencement of the Masterclass program will not be entertained.
• No deferrals are permissible for Masterclass programs.
4. Discounts on Course Fees
4.1 Terms and Conditions for Discounts:
Discounts offered by MSL Business School must be claimed at the time of making payment for the course.
If a student does not take advantage of a discount when making payment, they are not entitled to a refund for the discount amount after the payment has been made.
Discounts are an offer and cannot be claimed retroactively or refunded once payment is complete.
This policy applies to all discounts offered by MSL Business School at the time of student registration.
5. Important Notes
• All refund and deferral requests must be submitted in writing to the MSL Business School support team.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 3 working days of approval.
• By registering for any program, students acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
This policy ensures consistency and fairness across our programs while maintaining the quality of our services.
